Clear Terms Before Any Work Begins.

Payment, revisions, timing, files and ownership are spelled out up front.

  • PaymentProjects under $500: 100% upfront. Larger projects: 50% deposit and 50% before final delivery. Large web projects may use milestones.
  • RevisionsEach package states its included revision rounds. Extra revisions are billable. We do not offer unlimited revisions.
  • Typical turnaroundLogo 5–10 business days. Brand identity 10–15. Social graphics 5–7. Brochure 5–10. Website 3–6+ weeks. Timelines start once required materials arrive.
  • Files you receiveDepending on the service: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS and editable source files if the package includes them. The source-file policy is stated before work begins.
  • OwnershipThe service agreement covers client-supplied assets, stock and font licensing, final design ownership, unused concepts, source files and portfolio rights.
  • PrintingWe design print-ready files. Printing is arranged separately where appropriate.
